Disclaimer and Disclosure

Disclaimer:

Everything read/seen here is purely for fun. I am not a doctor, dietitian, lawyer, or certified personal trainer and don’t pretend to be. While I love having people read and comment on my blog, nothing here should be taken as fact, and you are listening to my advice at your own free will and risk.

Unless stated otherwise, I am the legal copyright holder of all material on my blog and you are not allowed to reprint or publish it without my written consent.

As this is my personal blog, I have the right to, at any time or place, change Eating for Balance to however I see fit. Of course I will try my best to make all decisions after careful consideration for both myself and my readers, but at the end of the day I am only human and as such my opinions do happen to change from time to time.

It should go without saying, but I will never give (or sell) your personal information to another company. With advertisers, other commenters, or sponsors though, I am not responsible for their actions. Any contact that you have with them is between you and the other party.

Finally, I absolutely adore receiving comments and e-mails from people concerning my blog. Occasionally from time to time I may share these comments or e-mails. If the comment is public I may include your name or a snapshot of the comment (possibly including a picture). If the e-mail was of a private nature I will only share its contents under an anonymous identity. In your e-mail you can state that you just want to keep the information between us and the words will not leave my inbox (unless of course obligated under legal authority… but who is going to care about coconut flour and muffin recipes?).

Disclosure:

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For questions, please contact Madison (alleyhays [at] gmail [dot] com).

On here I may accept compensation for advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions, etc. I am a college student and money is always on the brain. That said, honesty is my number one priority and I will always disclose any paid or sponsored posts when they arise. Everything that I say in those posts are still my opinion and I will never vouch for a product, company or service that I do not believe in.

If there are any claims, statistics, quotes or representations of a product/service that I provide in my posts, know that I am under the impression that they are accurate. If you have any concerns though, they should be verified with the party in question.

If you are ever in doubt about anything that I have stated above please let me know immediately. I value the truth and as I am honest and open with you, I expect you to be honest and open with me.
